No complaints about food yet, but I've already asked twice about their loyalty cards, and they're still 'while coming for them' two months later....
I'm not complaining about the food, but I've inquired about their loyalty cards twice now, and two months later, I’m still being told they’re "on the way." It seems to me that they might be hesitant to issue them because they fear losing money. If I had a loyalty card, I would definitely visit more often.
Why are these sushi chains so inconsistent? It really disappoints me to open a box, excited to find a hearty roll without sauce or any added vegetables, only to realize they've forgotten the dipping sauces we pay extra for. It feels like a missed opportunity for a little extra flavor. I sometimes find myself reaching for the coleslaw from next door instead! I'll give it another shot, because there have been times when it was truly excellent. Let’s hope this next experience is a good one!
