We started off with soup and it was cooked really well and the flavours were good. I like how they used melon to give it the extra flavour.<br/ <br/ We then had Lobster Noodles, the portion was good and the noodles were cooked well. The noodles were seasoned very well. <br/ <br/ The fried rice and the stir fried chicken and truffle went really well together. The chicken was seasoned well and the truffle flavours were strong. <br/ <br/ We finished off with the mango and pomelo sago which was light and refreshing. Overall, we really enjoyed the meal and would definitely be back for this lobster banquet again
We love everything on the lobster menu except the mixed vege and desert.
Not cheap but quality is good. Worth it if you can afford
When Yum Cha is life ! This place was lovely for yum cha, the venue was quite beautiful and the staff friendly. It’s a yum cha place where you order from the menu first rather than off the trolleys, more and more seem to be going that way now! L<br/ <br/ Like many places, the serves are in 3’s which makes it difficult in a 4. They also wouldn’t add an extra 1 to the dishes like some places do for a slight extra cost, so you had to order 2 serves and get 6 for 4 people which means you get less variety. The food was tasty though, I loved the egg noodles, probably my favourite actually!<br/ <br/ Pictured is the: <br/ 1. Steamed Barbecue Pork Buns<br/ 2. Shanghai Xiao Long Bao<br/ 3. 3.5 stars like the environment and service, the food was between nice and okay. Variety is not great. <br/ <br/ The cheong fun is not as good as tim Ho Wan. The vego version had sweet tofu in it which makes it taste weird.<br/ <br/ The turnip cake (pan fried) use real turnip but some turnip sticks are super hard and chewy. <br/ <br/ The nice list: <br/ the glutinous rice w chicken<br/ XLB<br/ Char Siu bao <br/ xo turnip pudding (not sure why it’s somehow better than the non xo version)<br/ stir fry garlic gai lan
