Caulfield Plaza Bakery - Kurunjang

This bakery have been around for ages in Caulfield Plaza and I would usually get my bread and cakes from here. Be sure to try out the chocolate bread as it was really nice, had chunks of chocolate pieces inside and they do sometimes have curry puffs as well.

The smell coming from the bakery was enough to draw me in to check it out. I ordered the BBQ Pork Roll. It was like the perfect snack to grab in between classes at Monash. It fits in your hand but surprisingly really filling. They were generous with the ingredients, lots of BBQ Pork inside which I’ve been craving. The bread was also crispy but not too hard. Waited less than 5mins so you don’t have to wait long to get it.

Cute little bakery inside the Caulfield Plaza. The woman who served me was very eager to serve and seemed quite passionate about her job. I ordered the chicken baguette with salad. It was quite nice it wasn't very filling but it was quite cheap. I most likely will be back.

Very reasonably priced and have so far enjoyed everything I’ve tried there. The standout for me is their sausage roll as it’s never dry, the pastry is flaky and it’s almost on the side of sweet rather than overwhelmingly salty.

Very cheap bakery, conveniently located in Caulfield plaza. Lots of snacks to choose from; from sweets like jelly slice or hedgehog, to savoury items such as pasties or sausage rolls. They also do hot drinks, and offer soy milk at no extra charge. Cash only.
