I could tell they used VERY fresh mushrooms juicy and full of flavor. Hash Rosa tea was a bit disappointing as it lacked flavour in comparison to other dishes but overall worth a trip :

Really interesting flavours of caramelised banana with bacon and croissant. The pavlova was probably not the best choice for brunch ....

What can I say, is one of the best brunch cafes in Melbourne. Everything on the menu is pretty much spectacular, and ‘12 Hour Short Rib’ is beyond this planet. The rib was falling apart soft, grains were beautifully crunchy and just can’t get enough. Coffee is also great and I’ll be back to try the remaining dishes on the menu. I give this place 5 bears

Actually the coffee or beverages are pretty good. But with Zomato Gold we must order same beverage to get the benefit

In my opinion, Hash offers the #1 Iced Coffee in Melbourne. The coconut vanilla creaminess is a subtle layer that compliments rather than masks.
