I had the Butter Chicken $15) from the specials board. Thick creamy sauce with lots of flavour, good amount of chicken along with crispy roti bread. Amazing meal for the price. 8.5/10<br/ <br/ Cooks Corner have had a big renovation and re-opened with new owners. There is a large open dining area with plenty of tables and beautiful outlook. Very reasonable pricing and generous serving sizes with their meals. Friendly and attentive staff, overall this is a MUST visit cafe in the hills.<br/

If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. What a hidden gem! We came for some wine and a meat cheese platter and everything was exceptional. The venue is gorgeous and has a great atmosphere, and the staff are absolutely lovely. My new favourite place in the area!

Service 5 stars Staff warm and friendly with good knowledge of menu (food and wine) Had Morrocan Lamb 5 stars Very good … would have liked the veggies slightly more tender Garlic Prawn Gnocchi 3.5 stars ok but not smashing With accessibility to a beautiful nature walk right opposite restaurant was the most alluring. Best coffee in Kallista/Monbulk/sassafras! The cafe itself is charming with indoor and outdoor seating, and a very cool vibe. The owner is lovely and knowledgeable about the local area. A great location, next to lyrebird walking track. Definitely recommend!

Thankyou to Brett and the team for a lovely Mother's Day lunch. The environment is so warm and welcoming, the staff very friendly and accommodating with dietary requirements. Can't wait to come back
