Uni Lab Specialty Roasters And Kitchen

UniLab Specialty Roasters and Kitchen is conveniently located inside the Uni Hill Outlets in the far northern suburb of Bundoora. Having never ventured this far north of Melbourne before, it was fun to enjoy the spaciousness and bustling vibe of this shopping centre-located cafe. Large wooden booths, and plenty of surrounding shops to browse as you digest off your brunch.

Bundoora was certainly worth the travel time for these amazing waffles smashed avo!!<br/ <br/ Toasted waffles, vanilla bean ice cream custard, roasted hazelnuts, nutella mousse, fresh strawberries and chocolate drizzle! Yes it tasted as good as it sounds!<br/ <br/ Smashed avo was on point and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection! So happy we got to visit. Looking forward to trying more on their menu already!

We loved our experience at Uni Lab! <br/ <br/ The coffee was great, the servings were generous, and the vibe is light and casual : <br/ <br/ I tried the Smashed Avo, which was presented very nicely and tasted amazing. There was SO much avo, fresh heirloom tomatoes and sumac. Divine. <br/ <br/ We also tried a VEGAN PB choc cookie, which was so yum hehe. Good to see vegan options! <br/ <br/ Great location too we went shopping after!

4.5 Stars These guys are so friendly! all of the staff were so welcoming when I walked in. They were doing so many takeaway coffees but I love my green tea so l started with that. Service was fast! The breakfast bowl was a real stand out! Filled with delicious fruits and so bright and vibrant. The mango purée and buckwheat crumble really made this dish.The nutella waffles were also super tasty great portions with ice cream and strawberries.It’s really nice to have a great cafe in a factory outlet

The waffles were super soft and divine! The fritters were crispy and delicious. The juices on the specials menu were also super refreshing : would recommend thanks for having us!
