Ok place for a quick drink. Play some pokies or have a punt on the races. That's about it. Good place to stop for a refreshments before the footy. Tram stop 5 metres away. Will take you to the MCG.

During my recent visit to The Vine Hotel in Richmond, I was unfortunately not impressed with my experience. While the location may be convenient, the poor clientele, the smell of stale beer, TAB and the pokies made for an unpleasant atmosphere. The beer did not live up to the pub 's self-proclaimed nice cold beer status. I found it to be rather average and uninspired. The outdoor seating area was also underwhelming, with a cramped and uncomfortable atmosphere. The poor upkeep of the pub, combined with the uninviting clientele, made for an overall unenjoyable experience. In conclusion, I would not recommend The Vine Hotel. The poor atmosphere, subpar beer, and uncomfortable seating area all added up to a disappointing visit. If you 're looking for a quality drinking experience in Richmond, I suggest looking elsewhere.
