I am a tough critic. <br/ <br/ Very impressed with this place. The food and service was outstanding, the decor is perfect and the owner really knew his cocktail stuff.<br/ <br/ We sampled nearly everything in the menu because it was that good. The chimichurri hanger steak and the fries with chipotle sauce were the standouts, although everything was original and full of flavour.<br/ <br/ My new favourite local place!<br/ <br/

I cannot rate this place any higher! From the super trendy interior to the friendly owner and staff, this is place is sure to wow and offer a seriously great experience. The food, while small we had 4 dishes, and we were very full afterwards. Honestly, get a group together and book a booth! The drinks are perfect, something for everyone. The owner is very attentive and cares about everyone that comes in the door and will go above and beyond to do what he can to give you a great experience. Highly rate the chicken wings! Wow! I still dream about them! Check these guys out!

The food firstly is outstanding. The wait staff are so friendly. All in all, amazing food, incredible service, I actually cannot fault it! An absolute hidden gem.

Whaler bar is a really stylish spot – I couldn’t get enough of the interior fitout, I think it is really tasteful. We came early on a Saturday evening and it was surprisingly quiet, but I imagine it is a place that gets busier later in the evening. <br/ <br/ We snacked on the (fried) pickles over a few wines, which were delicious. <br/ <br/ The wine list is good the Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc was great, although this seems to no longer be on the menu. <br/ <br/ Nothing to fault. We will be back for some cocktails soon.

Totally my new local! Love the interior, the delicious food, good vibes and cool staff. Try the pickle chips- YUM! We will definitely be back soon!
