Feedback gevenIt was a wonderful experience to stay in Hotel Ocean Heritage. As a family with kids, we found the hotel to be very accommodating and perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch. What impressed me the most was the responsiveness of your staff. They were always available to answer our queries and solve any issues we faced. It made our stay much more comfortable and hassle-free. Apart from being a great choice for families, I also think your hotel is ideal for solo travelers. The location is convenient and the facilities are well-suited for those traveling alone. Overall, I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.
It's a nice hotel .. supporting staff. The rooms were spacious. You can view Sunrise from the hotel terrace. Bit stringent on breakfast timings . It was pleasant stay. Walkable distance 5-10 min from Kanyakumari Amma temple, boarding point to Swami Vivekananda Rock memorial..
Rooms are just manageable. The AC has no temperature control in most of the rooms as the remotes were not working. The hotel staff did not help us with the luggage. We had to get on the top of the traveller by ourselves for luggage during check in and check out. We booked 2 rooms with 1 double and 1 single bed as per the photos shown on MMT. They provided us rooms with 1 double bed and extra mattresses. At night when we asked for extra blankets, we were only provided with extra bed sheets as they told us that no extra blankets are available. The only plus point was the location. It was close enough to all the tourist Points that people need to visit while staying in Kanyakumari.
When you switch off the light you could find cockroaches inside. The building from outside looks good. But inside it's very old. Smelling rooms and cockroaches. Service is good. Breakfast is best. Very good location
CHEATS and LIARS in the guise of the hotel staff who stop answering your number if you ask for help. The staff is extremely dishonest. I forgot my ring in the bathroom of the hotel and they did not give it back to me. Denied that there wasn't any later. I did promise to give some reward if they would give it to me since it was my wedding ring. However, they blatantly lied about not having it there. I spoke to the Manager about my issue who gave me a later time to speak to the owner. However, every time I try to reach them now, they would simply not pick the phone up. If you want to build your business, you need to be honest with your clients. Else, they will always have a bad memory of their stay with you. Also, the amenities weren't good. For the most basic toiletries like soap and shampoo and towels too, they had to be reminded about providing the same. They'll rob you of your things plus will keep asking you for tip when you're leaving their hotel, up until you sit in your car. The STAFF is SUPER ANNOYING overall.
