Spicy Bite

This is my go to place for breakfast tacos and occasionally for dinner. The place does get packed though and the inside dining is a bit cramped so I usually get my food to go. They do have a drive thru and you can call in your order in advance if they answer the phone. Overall, it's a small place so I don't have lofty expectations but I keep going back because the food is great, staff are friendly and service is fairly quick.

I previously ordered a super taco with extra beans, bacon, and potato- pretty simple? How can you mess that up? Got home and there were no beans, called back and they confirmed that it had in fact ordered extra beans and offered my next super taco on the house. Well today, I ordered the same thing along with another super taco and they refused to honor the correction on the mistake they made prior. It’s not like I’m asking for a wagyu filet! Just give me my beans back. Super tacky, super taco. Shame on you.

They messed up an order so I called to let them know. They said they would put me on a note and next time I came in they would replace the taco. The next time I came in was about 2 weeks later and they said they throw away the note every week. It’s a $7 taco and they said there is nothing she could do to help me. I wasn’t refunded or even discounted on my new order. Really bad customer service for a small business. Unfortunate.

Stopped by here on a Saturday afternoon, and it was so nice and convenient that they had a drive-thru. I was craving breakfast tacos, and thankfully they served breakfast tacos all day. There was only one person in front of me in the drive-thru line, and the girl who took my order was super nice and courteous. I got two potato, egg, and cheese tacos with an extra flour tortilla, and they did not disappoint! It tasted so fresh, and I didn't even have to add salt to the potatoes. I prefer the green hot sauce over the red, but they are both very flavorful. It’s the perfect little kick to add to your tacos. Also, the flour tortillas are AMAZING! So fluffy and delicious! If anything, just go here to get some tortillas, because they are some of the best in the area. Everything was super affordable seeing as my entire order came out to just under $7. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!
