I had an amazing dining experience at Pho You, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! The restaurant features a fantastic range of authentic Vietnamese dishes, with their pho truly being the highlight. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a cozy meal with friends or family. The staff was not only friendly but also attentive, ensuring our dining experience was exceptional. Now, let’s talk about the pho: it was absolutely fantastic! The broth was rich and bursting with flavor, and the noodles were cooked just right. The variety of fresh herbs and condiments added a refreshing touch to each spoonful— I couldn’t get enough! In addition to the pho, we also sampled their spring rolls, which made for a delightful appetizer. They were crispy on the outside and packed with flavor on the inside—just the right balance. Pho You has truly mastered the art of serving delicious Vietnamese cuisine. The authentic flavors transported me back to the bustling street food stalls of Vietnam. This is a lovely, relaxed spot with delicious food and excellent service. The combination spring and egg roll appetizer was fantastic. The beef rib pho was outstanding, as was the rare steak and brisket pho. Both dishes were generously packed with meat. The atmosphere was relatively quiet and low-key, and watching the robot deliver food and sing was quite entertaining. Overall, a fantastic place! Food: 5/5

This is some of the best pho I’ve tasted in the Austin area! The journey here is definitely worth it. The service is great, and the wait times are reasonable. The iced Vietnamese coffee was perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious as well. Food: 5/5

We just moved to the area and it’s our first time here, what a treat! Food is very fresh and very hot. I look forward to coming back again and trying many more things on the menu.
