We ate lunch here and were hoping for something special and we were not disappointed. There is only a set menu that the very nice Ms. Rivera explains and that is a good idea since it is not quite clear what some of the delicious components of the dishes are. The menu changes I think weekly and is both seasonal and locally sourced. It is a bit more expensive than some other resaturants in the area, but fair when the finesse and care of the meal is taken into account.

A restaurant that really worth the detour. reception and very pleasant service, a refined cuisine and worthy of some large tables. we will return with pleasure

Finally a restaurant worthy of this name in the countryside, although the wine of the scripture (the guillaumin rivera de maison), nestled with lime (71121) is a bistronomic restaurant, it has nothing to envy to those who claim to be gastronomical only by the name. a warm welcome of patronage in a chic and elegant setting. You feel at once comfortable. very good table, everything is homemade and you can see very quickly, original dishes made with fresh seasonal products. a chef who has a great skill in the kitchen, whether meat or fish, everything corresponded to our expectations in the chosen menus. the photos below speak for themselves.
