We took the menu of the New Year's Eve (31/12/21). It's extraordinary. It’s fresh, it’s fine, it’s delicate, it’s scented, it’s scary. One of the best waking menus we ate. This " passionate Japanese chef" is at the height of his passion. It makes us travel in flavors with mastery and inventiveness. Everything is delicious, we were delighted.

I was going to Ciotat as well! It goes out completely under the charm with the impression of returning from a Japanese moment. Thank you!
