I ordered a mill for my birthday. I was surprised to see that it was a whipped cake either for decoration or inside instead of pastry cream. I put 2/5 for the strawberries that were good. The whipped was basic.I'm doing it better at home. At the same time, the cake cost very little to the Patissier. However, the price for sale remained high. If I had wanted to order a diet cake I could not have done better. The traditional strawberry recipe was not respected.

Excellent breads that are still eatable after 3 days, which becomes increasingly rare. The patisseries are very good, too, a pleasure to have the likes.

Great place where you find a very large variety of bread, a little expensive but the quality is well at the rendezvous, it is the same for pastries, the sellers are very pleasant. That good points for this bakery, I recommend.
