Great time at Grizzli with a front-line table in front of the mountain show. The lunch was very pleasant with a little more for incredible desserts: the raspberry pistachio mousse and the spilling blueberry pie! We enjoyed the smiling and professional service. We know the old establishment where we came to restore well. We saw directly upon arrival that there was a change (the price of the restaurant having changed upwards) we all appreciated that we were thinking of making a snack to increase the offer which suited us perfectly at that moment. Very beautiful setting and large investments have been made. Good service and what's more it was good so congratulations to the man and person behind this project which for me makes sense.

We came on Saturday at noon to have lunch, me and my group of friends, unfortunately the restaurant was full. We therefore called Saturday evening to ensure that we could eat there on Sunday lunchtime, the person on the phone informed us that they had taken reservations this Saturday exceptionally but that on Sunday, we would be able to eat without reservations. This Sunday at 11:30 a.m., I went to reception and asked to sit inside (bad weather), and the manager then informed me that everything was reserved inside. So I asked her why they told me that they didn't take any reservations and she still managed to tell me that I had the wrong number instead of highlighting any misunderstanding. In short, as a potential customer, we felt a lack of hospitality

We were at the snack bar since the restaurant is too expensive. We ordered two croque monsieurs around 1:30 p.m. At 3:00 p.m. we still had not been served and asked for a refund. There was a gentleman who had been waiting for a waffle for almost 2 hours.... The staff was very nice but completely overwhelmed. I won't go back there again. Service: Dine in
