Subway - La Crescenta-Montrose

I frequently visit this Subway during my lunch break at work. The service is consistently friendly, and the staff clearly takes pride in their work. The food is always fresh, and I've never had a negative experience. The lemonade and iced tea are always fresh and plentiful, which I really appreciate. I also value the healthier options available instead of just sodas. My favorite is the turkey on Italian herbs and cheese—it's absolutely delicious!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager was incredibly rude to me. I usually order through Postmates without any issues. I know that some items might not be available, which is beyond the restaurant's control, but I always include special instructions. I've never had a problem until now. I called to check on my order and found out it had been made incorrectly. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, the manager was extremely rude and told me to just cancel my order. If I could give a zero rating, I definitely would. If I owned this establishment, I would fire anyone who treats customers this poorly. I love Subway, but I will not be returning to this location.

Excellent service! The staff is incredibly polite. I visited two days ago, and the quality of the food was impressive. The customer service is outstanding; they do their best to assist you. I observed that the employees were very kind and patient, even with rude customers. The establishment is spotless and meticulously maintained; you can tell that just by entering. I highly recommend this place!

Very neat and clean. Guy wrapped our sandwichs so well like an artist. He was already working to some sandwiches he put everything in order and it was amazing to see nothing was coming over
