Feedback gevenI visited this restaurant for the first time while I was in town from another state. The employee at the front who took my order had dark hair and fake nails. She seemed quite slow and was not very communicative; when I asked questions, she simply pointed to the menu board behind her. Since I was hungry, I ended up ordering whatever caught my eye. The food was good, but it was on the expensive side. There was a delay in receiving my order; I got one item first and then had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest, which meant some of us had to eat while others were still waiting. Although I would consider returning, I really hope I don't have to interact with that order taker again—it was frustrating to have to almost coax her into speaking and explaining things, as she mostly just punched in my order without much engagement.
I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday to pick up an order, and I was not very impressed. The wraps and paninis were on the smaller side, while the portion of fries was quite large. Overall, I felt that the prices were too high. Additionally, I had to wait longer than the estimated pickup time.
This restaurant has changed from what it used to be. Our food took quite a while to arrive, and we spent nearly 10 minutes at the cashier while a blonde lady chatted with the owner before she finally took our order. The portion sizes were small, and the prices felt too high for a family meal.
Excellant drove from lake mathews and took my mom out for breakfast on her birthday the best and fresh great service thank you guys so much we will be back
They have great food and good customer service at the new location!
