I ordered French toast sticks, brought them home and they were raw in the middle…slimy and doughy. I have ordered these multiple times in the past with no problems. I reached out to the location and the manager told me that they fry them for 1 minute and I can ask if I want them done more. Totally did not take responsibility and instead passed the issue back to me to remedy.

Always prepare orders correctly. French fries and onion rings fresh. One of our favorite fast burgers places.
The customer service sucks. We greeted the person at the register and she didn’t even respond and had a mean look on her face. The chicken wrap was burnt and dry. The buns was dry and hard, probably expired. I was not satisfied. Would have addressed it but I had to leave quickly due to important priorities. I will not return to this location.
