Wok Parque de la 93 - La Dorada

Large selection of Asian Food . Usually skeptical from Pan Asian restaurants and it is hard to revise the Flo it from any country in an authentic way. However, WOK seems to be doing a good job. I had the Nasi Goreng and... honestly, it was the best since my travel days to Jakarta . The service is somewhat confusing, but we managed to get our meal in a reasonable time. It is my “go to “ asian place in Bogota .

The menú is great , the food as well and the staff was very polite and friendly . Also love the location of the restaurants.

Who would have thought that there would be such an amazing chain of south East Asian restaurants in Bogotá? My cousin (from Malaysia) had eaten several times at Wok when he was working in the city 20 years ago and said we had to try...it. Fortunately there was a Wok by Parque 93 very close to our hotel. You could dine outside on the terrace or indoors. The restaurant was very busy on a Wednesday evening. Despite a bit of a wait for our food, when it arrived, everything was delicioso! Vegetable tempura, rice and noodle dishes and a chicken with mango salad were all very authentic. The ginger and honey tea was the best I have ever had in a restaurant and the mango lassi was highly rated too. We have 2 more nights in Bogotá after our travels around Colombia and will be going back to Wok to try some of their other dishes. That’s how good it is!

En esta ocasión, la experiencia ha sido desfavorable. El maki, extremadamente pequeño en su diámetro, lo sirvieron sin jenjibre ni wasabi. Toca pedirlo expresamente. Aunque he pedido todo al tiempo, lo traen como quieren. De hecho, cada cosa de las tres que pedí llego separada de la otra. Con el tema de la pesca responsable, y siendo tan solo las 6 pm de un viernes, el sushero sólo ofreció salmón y trucha, a pesar de que está ofrecido el pargo. Las condiciones del servicio de hoy, han sido una excelente invitación a buscar otras alternativas.
