Omg, kaitlyn is so sweet!!! And she's fast working she really makes cold stone a good place to be in I had a very good experience and the ice cream was to die for. Definitely will be coming back

I went in to get service. I was standing in line. The 2 women in front of me were served. The employee skipped me and began serving the 3 girls behind me. Very rude and unprofessional. I am never going back to this location.

Long Line, but that wasn't the issue the problem was a girl went in, didn't put her hair up, didn't wash her hands, and made ice cream for one of her friends. All around very unsanitary employees shouldn't be allowed to do that. The reason for 2 stars is because the man who helped us was very nice and trying very hard 5/5 for him. -3/5 for the girl who broke every health code

Ordered online for delivery through the app. They do not indicate they don’t make their own deliveries (as other companies do) I assumed it would delivered by them. After waiting an hour we’re told our deliver has been made. Once I grab the items from outside I notice it’s food, not ice cream. I call the store to explain- they put all the blame on DoorDash.I call DoorDash and because cold stone directly I have to get my refund from them. I call back to explain this but because the store is tan by a minor he doesn’t know what to do so he states he will have to call me back. This is unacceptable. No one offered to give me my money back or even remake my order. Tacky! They shouldn’t have kids running the store without knowing what to do when situations like this come up.
