Sammy's Deli - La Grange

I must admit after reading some of this nonsense of reviews ,I wonder if they were in the same place I was? Now here I was,in a deli called SAMMYS ,ordered a sandwich was greeted by a very pleasant lady .I inquired who she was and told me she was the owner,she was nothing but professional,charming and very helpful. Now to get to the sandwich ,WOW...unbelievable.The portion was wonderful.And the idea that this was done on fresh buns and all fresh condiments set it off for me..You are paying for what you get...I know this industry ,I know the dollar cost average..and I can tell you she is giving you a great deal upon the serving you receive ..I would rate this place as a hidden gem... KEEP IT UP SAMMY BRAVO !!!

I haven’t even tried the food yet but I’ve had an encountered with Sami she is such a wonderful charismatic woman! I can’t wait to stop in and try one of her many delicious plates!

Amazing sandwiches and service! Sammy accommodated us last minute for St. Patrick’s Day. Made mini kids corned beef and my husband a corned beef sandwich- which were delightful! She also put together a veggie sandwich for me and ran it out to my car in the rain! Phenomenal!

How does this place have any stars? the owner is rude they never have food the wait time is always long they don't have a functioning website they never answer their phone

HIDDEN GEM OF LA GRANGE!!! This place is fantastic. The ingredients are top quality and the sandwiches are GIANT! The owner couldn't be nicer and she provides meals for first responders. Opened in April and I heard from everyone to go check it out and it did not disappoint in the slightest. Definitely go support during this pandemic!!
