In-n-out Burger - La Habra

Go to In and Out every Wednesday. It was busy, but we got served pretty fast. The food was good, and the bathrooms were clean. Overall, it was a good visit.Parking: It was lunchtime, so it was a busy parking lot.Kid-friendliness: They have a booklet with crayons to keep kids busy.

The friendliest staff hands down. The food is always fresh, the place is clean, and everyone is so welcoming.Parking: This place is always so busy that finding a parking spot can be challenging sometimes

They forgot to give me my neo shake so I had to drive all the way back and no apology. I understand that it can happen but at least apologize. Cashier name was Brandi La. Always an issue with this location. Like overcharging me then giving me a refund in dollar bills and a bunch of coins.

I went to this weekend and had a bad experience. they have messed up my order and I politely asked to destroy it. the burger they have made new simply did not taste as it usually does. meat was dry and the burger was sloppy. the attitude of the staff they gave me ruined my joy at the burger. the worker should not laugh at the customer. I feel uncomfortable and don't want to come back so much. all the other places are friendly and I've never had any problems.
