Feedback gevenThe restaurant was not open at 7pm, even though it advertised a closing time of 9pm. There was also no sign on the door.
I placed an online order and requested extra vegetables, but they didn't follow the instructions. I also paid extra for bacon on some of my sandwiches, but it wasn't included. I do not recommend this restaurant as they don't seem to take their job seriously and the service is very poor. I tried calling to address my concerns, but they didn't pick up the phone.
I live just down the street from this Subway and have had some negative experiences with the staff in the past, but I have to say that my husband and I decided to give it another try a few weeks ago. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by Sandra - she really made us want to return to this Subway! We left feeling happy and impressed by her kindness and attentiveness. Encouraged by our first positive experience, we returned and were greeted by Mark, who also provided excellent service. It's clear that you have two fantastic employees who have brought our business back to this Subway. I visited again today and was delighted to see both Sandra and Mark working. Thank you for the outstanding service!
I would say the service is 4.5 Stars, and that Paola provided very helpful service when I ordered my food on July 5, 2023 for myself and family. I can tell she was a bit new on the job, but she was very accommodating in our requests. I had two items put on the side instead of on the Subway sandwiches and she was very understanding. I hope management appreciates her efforts.
The girls in the morning were very attentive, my Subway was very good, the place was clean and the ingredients were very fresh. I love going to that place.
