Feedback gevenEl hotel es estupendo, se oye el mar y las olas romper,las vistas al océano son maravillosas. Es un hotel pequeño, quizá no con muchos restaurantes pero la comida está bien preparada,las habitaciones son muy confortables y amplias,un servicio de habitaciones 24h muy eficiente, pero sin duda lo mejor de este hotel es la gente que trabaja en él,nos trataron increíble, José en la piscina,Mayra en el Bacalao, Alfredo en el desayuno,Magali en el Pergola,por no hablar del servicio de animación que fueron encantadores,solo nos gustaría dar las gracias a todos los que nos atendieron y hicieron perfecta nuestra luna de miel. Lo único que me gustaría sugerir es que todo está en inglés, y en México se habla español, quizá la aplicación que usan debería ser en ambos idiomas.
My recent stay at Marquis All-Inclusive Resort left me with mixed feelings, prompting me to rate it a 7/10 overall. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with delightful tequila-infused raspberry smoothies, setting the tone for a promising stay. The check-in process was smooth, ensuring a hassle-free start to our vacation. However, I must mention that upon entering our suite, we were disappointed to discover that the birthday roses and cake my thoughtful husband had arranged were missing. While this initial setback dampened our spirits, the suite itself was beautifully appointed, boasting a pristine ambiance, a private pool, and a patio with breathtaking ocean views. It was a gesture that I deeply appreciated, and it added a touch of romance to our getaway. We promptly reported the missing items to the front desk, and although the cake was delivered a day late, I must admit the resort's response to the situation regarding the roses was less than satisfactory. However, I believe this was an isolated incident that should not overshadow the entirety of our experience. When it comes to service, I would rate it a 7/10. Despite our consistent tipping, it was evident that some staff members prioritized serving white guests over us, even when we arrived earlier. While they were not overtly rude, it was disheartening to feel a disparity in the level of attention and service we received. As seasoned travelers who have visited numerous resorts, we have come to appreciate and recognize exceptional service, and unfortunately, this aspect fell short of our expectations. On a brighter note, the culinary offerings at Marquis were impressive. Despite the presence of flies in the outdoor restaurant areas, the food and drinks were of good quality, leaving us satisfied with our dining experiences. The resort's picturesque surroundings, particularly the stunning views, added to the overall appeal. Additionally, the San Juan area provided us with plenty of off-site activities, ensuring that we could explore and immerse ourselves in the local culture. In conclusion, while our stay at Marquis All-Inclusive Resort had its ups and downs, I rate it a 7/10 based on the overall cleanliness, the beautiful views, and the enjoyable culinary offerings. Although the service fell short of our expectations and there were hiccups with the missing birthday surprises, I believe that with some improvements, the resort has the potential to provide an even more exceptional experience to its guests.
We loved our stay at this hotel room 10/10 service 10/10 View 10/10 Food 7/10 but I guess because we are from NY and kind of high maintenance when it comes to food
