Continent Deli - La Jolla

It's like in an Eastern European delicacies. Well curated range of jams, grains, biscuits, pasta-perogies, baked and prepared dishes. And caviar, smoked fish and sausages. Large selection and fair prices. It is in a strip-mall and parking can be tight, but it is worth finding the few minutes a place.

Small specialty shops sell many Russian and Polish foods. They make some unique dishes and desserts that are very good.

Great Russian/Lithuanian cuisine!!! Choices include smoked meat, dumplings, beet salad, filled mushrooms, chicken rolls, rye bread and much more.

Customer service used to be terrible, but now the ladies are so nice and welcoming. And of course the food is delish!

Find here tasty meats, suluguni, pelmeni, buckwheat, smoked mackerel, cottage cheese, a lot of gars with marinated products or jam. The staff there is very nice
