Liu's Chinese - La Jolla

This is a small business with authentic Chinese restaurant flavors. If you want to have a panda type, this is not the place. People who don't complain about rice should read the menu. There are plates with different items including rice. If you only order a chicken order, it will only be chicken. Very simple. Family dishes include many of the traditional dishes including rice. Meals include rice and/or pasta. Individual parts are individual parts. Loves fried rice, like in old traditional large Chinese restaurants. Only fried shrimps are more freezing than shrimps and dry. Everything else is very tasty and fresh. Counter Lady is not Ms Congeniality. She cooks Chinese food, good Chinese food. People who don't like it could be because they are used in the Bland-Kette restaurant packed things.

The food is delicious. I ordered orange chicken, sweat and sour chicken, bbq fried rice and bbq pork chow mei. Everything is fresh and delicious. The orange chicken is soft and crispy, a soft crunch exactly right. They bite it and the taste fills your mouth. I'll come up with Lius Restaurant.

It's hard to find a place with good food. I loved everything. Come back.

Will not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Never seeing red Chinese fry rice like this. No taste, no flavor. Egg foo yung was just a piece of thick tortilla no eggs. Place was filthy, can 't understand why A rating. Chicken wings were good, for that the one star. Won 't visit again. Wasted 30.25.
