El Pato Mexican Food - La Joya

I asked for a potato taco a la mexicana..i got a potato taco with a tip of pico de gallo. is not the same as tomate ..tomato.someone must teach that cook as a la mexicana taco is?

I love el pato, but who doesn't love this place? I work graves and get out early. Today this service lasted a long time and I had to prepare myself so that I can work tonight and be fully functional!!! I didn't let them get my order, but not sure if the drive-tru speaker didn't work??? Dear el pato in mission not the service I wanted..?

Don't even earn a star. Horribler customer service. He waited 10 minutes with no one in front of me. Staff are incompetent and seem lost. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 is the highest, this place is a negative 32!

Service was adequate. This was a take out order and food was placed on a plate covered with foil. The meal itself was good but the proportion of meal wasn't what I normally get.

This restaurant needs to pay attention to what they are handing the consumer. These are not even cooked correctly and are small and thick, they didnt even roll them out to their potential size. Person in charge tried to blame a new masa they recieved, but I had to re-cook them at home and they were fine. Just put a little more effort to give what you advertise. It's really sad how bad this location has gotten. Especially because I've enjoyed this location since high school. And now it isnt even worth it.
