Church's Texas Chicken - La Marque

So the woman here could barely understand a dang thing I was saying. I don't know if it was the speaker, the line, or both. But she messed up my order 12 times before I got frustrated and left. Normally I'd just leave it be but this is the 5th time it's happened. Won't be returning to this one. This Church's is quite literally falling apart. When they do get your order, the food is adequate. It feels like they're in a rush and don't cook the food properly.

Their online services could be a little more communicative. Door dash order never got confirmation my order was ready for me to pickup. Other than that not bad.

Horrible experience- Ruth (the manager) is rude beyond words, they don't have much that is on their menu, no green beans, no Mac and cheese, no sweet potato casserole (new item with signs everywhere) won't give you the chicken pieces you want and can't ring stuff up right then makes a point to tell you she is the manager yet seems incompetent beyond measure- I will never return to this location- worth the drive to get the items I want and be treated like a customer instead of someone who is bothering them by trying to buy a family meal!

Don't go I ordered chicken strips the chicken strips look darker than my biscuit the skin was dark brown it look like they put the chicken back in the fryer just so I could feel hot and then they give it back to you!! nasty do not go!!!

Spicy chicken strips were excellent. they gave me first regularly, but manager was quick to repair it with a fresh meal. fries were nice and crispy. tocuits were so good! everything was great, will be happy to return. the journey of galveston worth.
