Spent $6 on a scoop of ice cream that was barely even a scoop .

Just left here, the girl helping us (tall blonde) was extremely rude. We walked in she was in the middle of eating something finished chewing turned to me and stood there didn't say anything so I started ordering we went to pay and she was so irritated I felt like maybe we were walking in right before closing but I checked the time and it was only 8:40 pm and so she tells us the total rips the receipt off doesn't say anything at all it was weird her body language and facial expressions definitely let me know she was pissed off about who knows what she was so mad at what ever was going on with her the total was 20.07 we gave her 30.00 and she gave us the wrong change 4 cents instead of 96 cents which I don't care but clearly your mind is somewhere else. Moral of the story, girl who helped us, is you need to be nice to your customers your a representation of that business and the people who stock those freezers with products and keep the lights turned on and hand you a paycheck I walked in after a long day of running my own business and helping customers too I expect at least a friendly tone and correct change when I enter a place of business to spend my hard earned 20 bux

12oz? Don't make me laugh, you can't be this lazy at your job. August 7th at 8:30 whoever the young lady was told me see weighed it. That's not 12oz, i paid full price for it to.

This BR is always busy. The service is ok. The scoops of ice cream has down size big time. I go here if I want good quality ice cream. I just recently had a bad experience. As I was eating my sundae last night A long hair came in my mouth. I threw away my whole sundae after only having 2 scoops. I think they should wear hairnets especially in and out of the ice cream fridge. But I love the Nutty Coconut, Mint chocolate chip, Cheese cake, and Pecan Praline.

Every single time I visit this Baskin Robbins it's poppin' with excitement, happy customers of all ages. Ice cream screams fresh flavors, especially mine: Mint Chocolate Chip! Cherries Jubilee! Service gets better'n better with management on premises. Ambience--Place remains tidy, fun with displays of higher end treats like Fathers Day Cakes.YELPers ice-cream lovers, get in here you will be one of the happy customers I YELP.
