Pizza Hut - La Mesa

The pizza was ready as soon as I arrived. The staff was friendly. When I got home, my pizza was still warm. The pizza was delicious! I got the Supreme and highly recommend it.

I am not certain when this restaurant started charging extra for pan crust or when they stopped asking us about our crust preference, but it seems like a poor decision to offer a choice for a standard item. The staff did not seem concerned about the change and did not react when we expressed that we did not want to pay the extra $1 for pan crust. This resulted in unnecessary confusion and ultimately led me to decide not to order from my favorite restaurant. The extra cost for pan crust was not justified by the overall experience, and the staff at Campo Road Jump Valley could use some additional training.

The pizza and breadsticks were burnt and served at room temperature. The pizzas were all smothered in sauces which made them soggy. The employees were friendly, but that was the only positive aspect of the experience.

Use this never load for a delivery. yhey does not answer any calls and only one call center will only pick up to transfer their calls and leave them in wait. I ordered online and never received my order or refund due to this inability.

Pizza Hut served me up some Juicy Hot Pizza last night and as always I was so happy when it arrived early. Thanks Pizza Hut for making my Friday night experience and enjoyable one.Keep up the Great work.
