Worse customer service experience. I called the store to ask what time they close she said 8:20pm I said maps says I can be there at 8:22pm. She said she had no idea how much chicken they had left nor did she bother to ask the cook or ask if I could do a phone order. As soon as my daughter and I arrive she locks the door.. another customer comes behind me and leaves. I just think it's bad customer service not to offer to take the or wait 2 minutes until a customer arrives.

Great food and service at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be trying other dishes on the menu next time. Food: 4/5, Service: 4/5, Atmosphere: 3/5.

I spoke to the server in Spanish, but she only replied in English, despite her being fluent in Spanish. This made me feel discriminated against. Since she insisted on responding in English, I switched to my perfect English, having been born in the US and graduated from an American university. However, when she took my order, she spoke to the kitchen staff in Spanish. I believe that if you’re Latino and work in a place called “JUAN POLLO,” you should serve customers in Spanish. Otherwise, it might be better to rename the restaurant “John Chicken.” That's just my opinion. The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired.
