Don Ignacio - La Molina

I was at the shop at the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola in Lima and we are at Don Ignacio twice! Great food and service. I had what is similar to a beef stew, the first visit and the cattle tail of the second. The desserts are also amazing. I highly recommend it. It is located on the left side of the university. You will not be disappointed!

The ambience was excellent. The service would have been better. Do not have instructions for students waiters to improve their performance. The food was very average, with the exception of a special dessert presentation. Not competitive for culinary school restaurants in Spain and the USA. Also located in the Molina district very far from the Miraflores district, where most tourists stay. As with most of the culinary school restaurant, they need to improve their marketing.

Great deal for couples! Ask for deserts, they´re great pisco sur perfect... A little bit expensive, but worth.

Bland, dry, uninspired food. Ok service. It's supposed to be a cooking school, but the cooks seem a bit old for being students. Perhaps they are the teachers, which would make it worse given that the food is bad.
