Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - La Palma

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a chicken tender. And I’ve waited for 30 mins! This branch of Popeye’s has been really slow.

Really rude employees they close at 11 and we went there 10:40 and they said they were closed and we asked at what time they closed and told us at 10 almost laughing at us.really unprofessional on their behalf this is why they’re the worst reviewed popeyes in the area

The price DONT match the quality! First, we were given fried chicken that had been sitting under a heating lamp for a while; hence, the taste is not pleasant. At last, the Mac and Cheese wasn't good. Definitely, NOT returning to this specific location.

Service is waaaay too slow. I tried going inside to get better service like other reviews have said but the wait for anyone to come from the back to the register took literally 25 minutes even though I flagged her over and asked if she could take my order twice in that time. Then the 4 people in the back cooking went back to servicing the drive through only for another 30 minutes... must have seen 25 cars get served between ordering and my order being prepared. There were only 2 people eating inside but there was a huge soda spill in front of the booths... not a great look. Maybe I will try a different location next time, possibly something wrong with management at this site.

Customer service is horrible. Did not get my correct order. Mac and cheese is disgusting.
