Auberge Des Cretes

We were looking for a place to have a lunch. We wanted something small, so we good have diner in a restaurant for diner. So we ordered an sandwich. One with paté de campagne and one with jambon. Both sandwiches were 1/3th of a big baguette with lettuce, tomatoes and cornichon. Accompanied with a large portion of fries. The paté and the jambon were very good. Service was very friendly. Together with wine and coffe we had to pay 23€! In this region, this was a very good lunch! The plat du jour will cost you €11.

Terrible food and we were asked to pay for it even though we only ate the first course. Our first experience with bad food in France, and we have been here many times.

We stayed here for four days and ate here for three of them The food was that good. The rooms were comfortable and basic French. The family run Hotel was delightful as were they.

The bedding deserves to be changed. A good point for breakfast, hearty with good pastries

Simple and affordable hotel. Two flats: the smell of omnipresent fat, and a dog around, who barked all night.
