Los 32 Sabores - La Paz

Excepcional place. Fabulous food. Equal to the best I have ever had. Outstanding service. After dinner one evening we decided to go back the following evening for another dinner. A first for me.

What a find! This spot isn't far from the Malecon but it is out of the fray, and a place to receive personalized attention as you dine on culinary improvisations on traditional local cuisine. We recommend the mole and the flan!

This is my favorite restaurant that I've ever been to! I'm not even kidding! I live in California have been to many countries this far beats anything else! We have actually been there 2 times in the past week. The food was amazing! I had the Pork Belly in molé sauce the first time we went. The 2nd dinner I had were the short ribs with beans some delicious sauce with it. Both nights we had the Strawberry Plum salad plus the Scallop Tiradito. All of it was amazing! In fact, it's hard to not get hungry just thinking about it. The owner creator of this divine place is Inna. She even did the design of the restaurant. -Which is so charming. Part of it is in an open courtyard. The staff was attentive so friendly. Just the overall experience was fantastic! It almost makes me want to stay in La Paz so we can eat here all the time. Hoping we can make it there once more before leaving.

Best restaurant experience we’ve ever had! The chef is phenomenal, and that’s putting it lightly. Every dish is like a jazz song, with ingredients seemingly random, but in reality all work together to enhance each flavor on the plate. Our dishes were presented beautifully, but nothing is placed just for show. The traditional recipes Mexico’s 32 states are known for are balanced perfectly with complimentary, unexpected ingredients. To top it off, the service we had matched the high quality of the food. If there are any experiences you don’t want to miss in La Paz, visiting this place is number one. With dishes always changing based on what is in season, you’re bound to never get bored of discovering what genius you’re about to enjoy.
