The restaurant has a great view over the Plaza next to it. The food is good and the service is friendly, but a little slow. The pineapple juice with milk was terrible, maybe the milk was sour... I prefer the place just to drink a lemonade and enjoy the view lf the city.

I can only judge the price menú that it is really right for this type of place, more for foreigners than locally out of mid and high class menu lunch include entrance main plate and dessert 28 bs(3€50 (11am to 3pm). Usually in the local menu almuerzo (Lunch it's 10bs But okzidental it could be 40 or more. But I cannot judge the quality of food! Because I don't sniff! But it is really cheap for this type of place especially for drinks! Find Mate Imor Tea for 5bs it is really complicated in La Paz! And with beautiful terrace to enjoy Sun! Restaurant with great views. They are on the roof of the corner building opposite Plaza San Francisco. The menu is above average, although not excellent, and they offer executive style lunch.
