Subway - La Pine

This franchise is a complete disappointment. My wife visited to grab sandwiches for our family of five, and the sandwich maker was rude and gave her a hard time for ordering five sandwiches. She only ordered four for the rest of us and didn't get anything for herself. We will never return and I will make sure to share this terrible experience with everyone I know. I am willing to speak with the owner or manager, but I am also considering confronting the person who mistreated my wife. They are fortunate not to work for me, or they would be out of a job. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and I am incredibly frustrated with what my wife had to endure.

Honestly, I always enjoy the food at this restaurant, but as someone in customer service myself, I have to give them a 1-star rating. The staff were very careless and had a bad attitude, which completely ruined my dining experience. I always strive to be kind to all workers because I know how hard they work, but when they treat you poorly, it's hard to ignore.

The food at this restaurant is consistently amazing, but this review is about the exceptional staff and manager. I want to extend a huge personal thank you to every single person who works there, including Erica the manager. My family faced a medical emergency and my son-in-law, who works there, rallied together with everyone to assist us. Despite not being able to work because he was looking after our four-year-old, they all went above and beyond to help out while my daughter was sick.

The customer service is terrible. short girl with lip pierpiercing had a bad attitude and a blonde dame decided to work on a 3 foot long mobile order instead of taking my order as I am in the lobby, so I was careful there while working on a job for a customer who is not there. then the one with the lip piercing my order had only finished on slapping vegetables, so that all the contents of the sand that fall out as soon as I open the wrapper.

Excellent experience all fresh very good not busy went in to get take out extremely courteous I recommend to anybody
