Chauffe Marcel - La Plagne Tarentaise

Stopped every day for a break and it's lovely warm in the inside and sunny terrasse when you can sit out.

Chauffe Marcel is right on the slopes, so maybe sometimes a little difficult to reach when you 're not on ski 's (I did it by foot and it 's okay if you 're not that far, but you need to walk on the streets and need to cross a slope). It 's a very cozy place, inside and outside! The staff is kind and if you want to party, you 're on the right place. There aren 't that many people, so sometimes they close 'early ' (around 6 7 PM) so we were too late (but I understand you can 't keep a whole bar open when there 's nobody), but the other night when we were there, we had the best party ever! The music was lovely, and you could even request some songs. After a while the owner of the place even treated everybody some very nice fried potatoes! Only minus: the terrace isn 't on the 'sunside ' of the slope.

We stopped for a drink because the bar looked inviting and it was such a welcoming atmosphere. The proprietor is so friendly and presents everything so nicely. The seating is fun and comfortable and the sound system (great choice of music) is excellent. And that view...

On the slopes towards plagne 1800, take the Jean-marie track, and you are there! or follow the music!In choice, in transat exterior, big cousins, animal skins to sunbath or brazzeros - parasols to have hot in the day of snow inside, steel tables and wood, a very pleasant mix of design. it changes altitude chalets and their plastic furniture. a beautiful view of the white mountain. in any case the best is to stop in the last descent to enjoy the different shots and glasses served with good mood. some dj parties offer the possibility to dance in the mountain. in the prim, the ski descent on the end of the trail in the black, only after the pass of the lady! Speaking with the bartender, it is even possible to ask them to organize festive events, or barbecues between friends or typical foods! Think about your hug photo with marcel marmotte at the entrance!
