Feedback gevenMy family eats here at least once a week and rarely do they get my order correct. Typically they forget an item, which I don't notice until I get home, and occasionally they mess up an item, though usually a minor mistake. This evening, I get home andfind this item: a chicken sandwich with no pickles on multigrain, as shown on the label. What they gave is a chicken breast withno bun and extra pickles. Usually I don't complain, but in the past 20 times we've eaten here, I think they've gotten my orderright about 4 times. Management needs to do some serious training with the team. The only positive is that the staff is friendlyat least.
When you?re paying almost $3 for a fry you expect it to be filled to the top. Along with our fries never being filled, the chicken breasts are always small. I understand if there?s a few mistakes here and there but it?s this way consistently. We?lljust have to drive further for the Waldorf locations.
Chick-fil-A is definitiw one of my favorite places to go wherever I have starved. the menu is top notch and the prices are great. the personal is always friendly, friendly and professional. there is not much to complain. I could recommend finding better quality straws. I ordered a peach-milkshake, and that's wrecked as soon as I tried to use it. After a few minutes of struggle I stopped trying and just threw the milkshake in the müll. I understand the desire to be green and eco-friendly, but these new straws just don't work.
That was the first Chick-fil-A I've ever had so disappointed. the driving hired seemed to have all forced to smile as if they were working under the herzogin. we ordered nuggets and pommes. the nuggets were tiny and the pommes filled the container only about half. I'm not going back to this place.
That is what my dinner looks like.....soothy brot, overcooked and burned huh, fed on cheese (u can not even say that it pfeffer jacket) and last week salat. not right thing! the frustrating thing is that this is nothing new on this page and tries to complain.? goes directly to an automated song service....... I have no time for that!....it has already been wasted by the quality control I have just carried out, which by the way had been done by the Chick-fil-A employee before being handed over to the customers.
