They told me about an hour ago that my food intake was ready, but they had given me about an hour waiting for the future. are they muddy? but if they pay a premium, they expect to get the service. I think I'm done with this place because they don't seem to take care of it in time or consistently
I love this H‑E‑B! I shop there almost every day and the staff have always been so kind to me and my husband. They have great selection of items for both grocery and households items. Their produce is always fresh. I prefer the self check out lane but honestly when I have to go to the cashiers, they always have a great attitude. Their coupons are really good too.
Unfortunately the young staff needs work- I have been here numerous times when the check out workers have actually cursed in front of me while speaking to one another- very unprofessional and probably offensive to an older customer demographic. I also have been given a nasty look by one of the male parking lot cart workers when putting a cart back at the cart station while he was actively working on retrieving them all- he made a comment as I walked away but I did not hear it and kept walking because I knew it was probably rude. H‑E‑B, please try to teach these kids some manners. It's a real put-off. The Walmart employees are better by far.
I needed rice today so while I was there picking up my prescription I went to grab some rice, I was told I could not grab a bag at this time. So why are you you doing this during the day when people are shopping??? I was so pissed!!
