Hartz Chicken Buffet - La Porte

Today makes the 3rd time coming here and the 3rd time my order has been in correct. I do not recommend any1 to eat here. When I called the restaurant to tell them about my order when I arrived at home, the Chinese lady said she 's not going to fix my order because it 's my fault. Hell I had my receipts to even show here what I ordered but they fixed it wrong! So therefore this is my last time going there and also I seen a guy outside smoking a cigarette and picking sores off his face and he went straight in to make food without washing his hands! That is pure disgusting

The location in La Porte is family owned and operated. You can really tell in the entire experience.

If you like raw **** chicken come to the store especially if you like minors working

Nothing to write home about, but good enough to go back.I gave Service only 1 star as it is a buffet.

It was so loud in the dining room. The guests were laughing talking at the top of there lungs. The food looked as if it had sat on the steam table all day. Almost everything was dry. The chicken was dry tasted smelled off . I had to ask twice for chicken. Only the cold foods tasted good. So, I went back for seconds on that.I will not be going back to that locationI will stick to the Fairmont restaurant.The dining room was spotless!!
