Feedback gevenThe customer service at the drive-thru was excellent, receiving 5 stars, but the presentation of the food was lacking, only receiving 1 star. The burrito was poorly rolled and had a strange aroma, with the salad being the most prominent flavor. The food preparation area seemed chaotic and disorganized, and the restaurant itself wasn't busy. The tortilla appeared soggy and was stuck to the paper packaging, with the meat tasting slightly metallic. The cheese was unevenly distributed and the burrito ended up leaking onto the floor. I experienced stomach discomfort within 15 minutes of eating the burrito and still felt unwell the next day.
Poorly managed restaurant. I had a large order for lunch for 5 people with 11 items totaling $28.51. It took a long time to place the order and get it corrected with the staff. There was a long line and the staff were very impatient. When I tried to double-check my order, the staff actually yelled at me in front of other customers. To top it off, my daughter's Crunchwrap Supreme was missing from the order, which I did not notice until I got home. I live 15 minutes away in traffic and was very dissatisfied with the experience. I will not be returning to this poorly managed restaurant. The staff need better training on how to handle customers and treat them respectfully, especially when there is a line.
Only order veggi food due to I am vigan, but they send me eating with meat, very disappointed
I understand that the quick food is. but that's the third key word is almost and that's not it. I waited at least 8 minutes for the girl to just say that I am with you and wait. When I told her what I wanted, she was very rude. I finally went to pay, and she still had a job.
I wouldn't say the customer service was exactly what I look for, but the food quality was good enough for a decent review.
