The Crawfish Hut - La Porte

We went in was really excited to try the place. We ask the waitress about the crab clusters she didn 't know anything about the size. Wasn 't knowledgeable about the food she serves bc she didn 't eat it . We decided we no longer wanted to eat there andoffered to pay for the drinks. The order wasn 't even put into the system, as we tried to pay for our drink she gets an attitudeand tells us no it 's okay. So we insisted again that we would pay for the drinks she didn 't even make eye contact just startedtalking to another waitress and completely ignored us. Will never come back here due to poor customer service. Please teach yourwaitresses a little bit more on how to address customers properly and learn more about the food you serve

First time to the Crawfish Hut; was not impressed. Regarding the crawfish: to be fair I ordered the mild since spicy is subjective. The mild had little to no flavor but all I had to do was add a little seasoning, some butter and lemon and they weredefinitely contenders. (Don 't think I will be back however if I do, I will for sure order the spicy) Regarding the service:terrible. A waiter took our order and was polite. A waitress delivered our food but that was all. After a few minutes the samewaitress was at a table nearby so I asked if we could get some butter (as nothing was offered when the crawfish was delivered).She did bring us some butter but made a remark that our waiter would be there to check on us (as in we were not her table). Afew minutes go by and I realize we need some seasoning so as I look for our waiter, I notice he is outside talking on a cellphone. So I wait. Next thing I know he is sitting down at a table enjoying his lunch. He has not come to our table since takingour order, unacceptable. This whole time there were only 2 other tables with customers; when the one near us leaves and thewaitress is bussing their table I give her a list of the items we need so we can continue eating. She does get them and thenassists a couple other times with drink refills. The waiter doesn 't come back until we are nearly done and then lastly when weneed the check. I will say the waitress that was working, was actually busy working non-stop during our time in the restaurant.Other than taking our order and closing us out, the only time I saw the waiter was when he was on a cell phone and then eatinghis lunch. I also never noticed any management present unless it was one of the two people working the floor. I would considergoing back for the food but the the service, not really interested.

Discussing i Literally threw all of it away it had grass in it some of the crawfish didn?t even have bodies this is complete trash do not go here to eat crawfish u will be disappointing I had grass all in my food on my corn on my potatoes this isdisgusting. A waste of money and time driving there some of them dnt even look cooked this is highway robbery.

Super delish crawfish at a great price! A lot of different levels of heat and flavor combos for crawfish which is nice. Watch for specials on their fb page. Service was outstanding and the other food coming out besides crawfish looked great also! We willbe back to try more.

Great food and excellent service! We came here tonight and they were running a really good special so as you can imagine there was a wait. The wait was much shorter then we were told it would be, and our food came out fast, fresh, and hot. I didn?t getour waitress?s name, and I wish I would have because she did a great job serving us tonight. We will definitely be returningcustomers.
