Great during sunset. Opens late with 4 restaurants, all dine-in even during Covid. The views of the amphitheater and Rio Chavón are fantastic! It’s very well lit at night and perfect for evening stroll.
Definitely worth visiting if in Casa de Campo! This old town is so adorable and there are many nice cafés, shops and restaurants.
Beautiful and quiet Mediterranean town with cheap drinks and a beautiful place to relax. we came here via a private taxi from the cruise port. no mass, no stress.
A magical little town, and such a great idea for a day trip from Santo Domingo which is what I did. The only way to get there if not staying at Casa de Campo is to purchase the visitor day pass at the Casa de Campo office for $30 USD. Also be sure to arrange transportation ahead of time if not driving.
