We went here for dinner. There were not a lot of people, but the atmosphere was really authentic and cosy. We had great service from the staff who took their time an explained the dishes etc even though our French is poor. The food was excellent. Definitely a place I would go back to and recommend
We had a very good dinner. One could taste and feel that the chef put a lot of efforts in food and really liked to cook. The service was good and the staff were very nice. I can recommend dinner at the Auberge de la Loube.
On a cold wet day we were greeted by a welcoming roaring log fire and a friendly welcome from the husband and wife team he serving and she in the kitchen. A good choice of food we all went for the 13.50. Euro menu of home made rabbit terrine with salad which was very tasty, then cod in a fennel sauce this came with rice which we were not so keen on so no problem chips were offered instead. Puddings were extra 5.50 euros and again a large choice and a 50cl rose was 8.00 euros. An excellent meal and very good value.
Typical rustic well presented food served with charm in a lovely shady courtyard under plane trees. Good value at €14.50 for salads and €8 pichets of rosé Well worth a visit after exploring the Massif de Sainte Baume
