Locale consigliato esclusivamente agli amanti della buona carne, sia cotta che cruda. Il menu offre pochi primi piatti, tra cui lasagne e pappa al pomodoro, da non perdere. Io amo la carne cruda battuta al coltello e devo dire che quella che ho assaporato era davvero eccezionale: 200 grammi di pura bontà. Ottime le tartare, con molte varietà di condimenti e diverse grammature. Qui, in questo locale, hai la possibilità di scegliere la razza della carne, dalla Chianina alla Pisana, dalla Marchigiana all'Angus, oltre a decidere i grammi delle porzioni. Il menu è vario, dalle tartare agli hamburger, dalla tagliata alla bistecca, il tutto accompagnato da ottimo vino. Da segnalare anche gli assaggi di dolcini fatti in casa e i cantucci serviti con il vin santo. Essendo un locale con pochi posti, è consigliata la prenotazione.

My wife and I happened upon this little restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. They have plenty of meat options because it is the restaurant side of a butcher shop from what I could tell. So if you want to sit down to order make sure to enter form the correct door. The owner didn't speak English but still worked very hard to accommodate us. They do have English translations in the back of the menu which was very helpful. This food will be a little different for the typical American but we enjoyed it. We got a cheese and cured meat appetizer. I ordered one of their tartare dishes which is essentially seasoned raw beef. My wife went with the safer approach ordering a meat lasagna. Both were very delicious and we both left satisfied.

Best steak I’ve ever had! This is essentially a butchers so you can’t get fresher than that! The wine selection as typically being in Tuscany is amazing! Average price per person €30
