First time I come to Marie Blachère, I took baguettes which were much too salty, surely a weighing error and out of four baguettes two are not very clean which is due to the floor ovens certainly not cleaned (swept) everyday. for me I won't come back.

There is nothing to say about Marie Blachère products. Pastries, breads, pastries, snacks, everything is very good and the quality/price ratio is indisputable. On the other hand, in terms of reception, it is simply deplorable. No friendliness from the salespeople, the unpleasant feeling of boring them, and this feeling of annoying them.... The saleswoman who served me “huffed” and rolled her eyes because I changed my mind about a product at the last moment. I understand that this job is not always easy but unfortunately an effort is necessary when you are in contact with the public. And believe me I am not one of complicated clients. Disappointed: I bought some cakes when leaving Grand Frais. It is convenient. I didn't know this bakery. In fact, these are products that have been frozen and then thawed for sale. However, when purchasing, we believe we are buying a fresh product. I have nothing against frozen food. But I don't want to be fooled when purchasing. And it's not transparent at all.
