A la Porte Saint-Jean Hotel Restaurant

Many screams and teller bangs out of the kitchen, although there are few customers. friendly waitress, but quite open this restaurant is not too foot from the adjacent parking lot. filet of bark tasteless and tough, salty, fiery cheese sauce. salat without dressing! could that. much better.

Despite a very warm welcome from the waitress, this restaurant offers an interesting menu choice that is difficult to understand. cooking is very average! I had cheerful legs that had been fried only deep, then scattered into garlic butter. served on salad with oranges, no lemon or limette. sirloin steak with a funny red wine sauce and roasted schalottes, luke warm vegetables. very standard desserts. not a restaurant I would have tried to go back.

We ate here twice during our stay, it is a restaurant frequented by the locals of the town, the decor is plain and functional but perfectly welcoming. The food was very good both times we visited, local produce, simply prepared. Don't go there if you...expect fine dining, sophisticated service or surroundings, this is not what this place is about.it is good tasty French cooking, it doesn't pretend to be a Michelin rated establishment. It offers a very decent meal at good prices. Recommended.

Average better places more of a here it is not the best place to eat. Staff not helpful, more for the French locals then tourists. Food basic, little more on a cafe trying to be a restaurant.

Accueil agréable si nous rendons le sourire. Ce restaurant propose que des plats faits maison et cela se sent dès les premières bouchées. Copieux et frais, tout est très bon. Servis simplement et rapidement, c'est le style de restaurant que nous aimons. Et en plus les prix sont très abordables.
