Origami - LA SPEZIA

Assolutamente fantastico! Consiglio vivamente il tagliere misto di fermentati e la pasta non cacio e pepe! Spettacolare!

This is a very nice vegan restaurant, and fortunately not of an extremist type just nice vegan food for everybody. The dishes are very good and the price range is ok (August is somewhat high being high season I guess). Worth of notice is Claudio: a great waiter, very nice, humble and always super kind. He definitely adds a lot to the value of this place. Very nice also the young lady serving sometime who seems to be co owning the place.

Amo gli origami, mangio sempre benissimo e il personale è gentile. Tutto fatto in casa, delizioso!

Super freundlich, super essen, wir hatten grüne Ravioli mit Spinat / VegRicotta Füllung, die Megaecker waren. Zum Dessert hatte mein Mann einen Cupcake und ich hatte drei Mini Kuchenstücke, die auch der Hammer waren! Wenn ich wieder in La spezia sein sollte, bin ich sicher, dass ich wieder da bin. Ich hätte lieber das ganze Menü versucht. als wir dort waren, setzte sich ein Mann nieder, aber er ging zurück, als er sagte, dass es ein veganes Restaurant war. Er weiß nicht, was er verpasst hat!

I went here for 3 dinners in la spezia that was delicious, and the service was wonderful. while everything was good, for me the clear curtains were the pansotti, the homemade ravioli court and the starter with the jackfruit and kartoffel ball, plus the mousse cake dessert. they could also sit me every night, even on their busy Friday evenings they take reservations, but leave the outside room for walks.
