I didn 't know about this place initially. Then, someone asked on an FB Food group page: Which Siopao in Baguio is the best. I 'm intrigued by how many people commented about this place. Which is not even in Baguio but in La Trinidad which is still very close. I knew I had to take a visit. The photo I included was not from my first visit because you 'll definitely return for more after your first visit. The HUGE Siopao was a combination of Asado and Bola-bola flavor amounting to 70 pesos. This is so flavorful that you wont need the sauce anymore. Still their sweet sauce adds more 'kick ' to it. No wonder many considered it the best in Baguio. The overloaded noodles in the bowl is called Lechon Mami which has pork meat for 105, add 50 if you want additional wantons. Also you can ask to refill the soup which I did. It felt that I ate at an eat-all-you-can restaurant after finishing both meals since they have a generous amount of serving. The place looks like a typical restaurant you visit during the 80-90s. Yet it 's clean and cozy. They have one restroom which is like from an old house of your tita/grandma, needs renovation.
